Marco Roncaglio joined Philips Consumer Lifestyle in August 2007 as Director of Strategy and Planning for Online within the CMO group in Amsterdam.
He has also been focusing on developing the Social Media strategic framework for Philips B2C Online, he developed the e-commerce infrastructure launching at the end of 2008, the New Philips Consumer Online shop. Since 4 years he is part of the Personal Care team within Philips where, close to the Business & Countries, he is focusing on driving Online Marketing and Sales programs to increase Engagement and Market Share in key markets.
Recently he has started also to focus on CRM and Advocacy Marketing.
Marco has over 12 years experience in Online Marketing, Strategy and e-commerce.
Prior to Philips he has been working for Apple in London, where he was in charge of marketing/merchandising of the European Apple Online stores. Few years before that, from Barcelona, he has been in charge of managing the European Consumer Care team for hotels.com and Expedia.com.
All in all, Marco has gained over 16 years of professional experience in consumer marketing, starting in the late 90′ as International Marketing Manager for L’Oreal in Paris.
