Ross is a seasoned veteran within the media, technology & digital advertising industries.

Ross founded and grew iNDELIBLE Media, a digital agency with in-house UX, creative, technology development & content production, where he served as CEO & Chief Strategist until it’s sale in April 2012.

iNDELIBLE was born in NYC in ’99, grew to 55+ full time employees, and operated offices in LA & Paris. The company attracted best in class creative, digital architects, content, & technology talent into a collective that quickly garnered a robust client roster of iconic brands such as MAC Cosmetics, CHANEL, Cartier, Botox, Sears, Estee Lauder, Mizuno, Sephora, Sony, Playboy, Paul Mitchell, Esquire, Laura Mercier, amongst many other cool brands. Additionally, iNDELIBLE branded and launched several start ups, produced digital entertainment and original content for Viacom, AOL, Meredith, CBS.com, HSN.com, CondeNast to name a few. Ross navigated the company through the 1st iteration of the “dot com era” through the explosion of social media  delivering impressive, award winning results for his clients.

Since departing iNDELIBLE in December 2012, Ross formed RG3.0 LLC, a consultancy, business development & venture company, providing expertise, strategy and creativity to a limited group of agencies, brands, and start-ups. Most recently, Ross has co-launched DePicture (www.depicture.tv <http://www.depicture.tv> ), a content studio for Social Media & Ecommerce located in Chelsea. DePicture has an in-house production studio and specializes in Execution, Activation, & Distribution, supporting brands and agencies social content requirements. Also, Ross is a partner with Pilothouse (www.pilothousepayments.com <http://www.pilothousepayments.com> ), which provides merchant services, with a particular expertise providing “omni channel” payment processing solutions.
